For more than 30 years I’ve worked with individuals and teams to help them improve their skills both in the corporate world and the academic arena. I have taught at all levels from CEOs to newly emerging leaders. As head of ProCoTraining I am dedicated to helping organizations with their most vital strategic challenges by taking a very practical approach to consulting, learning and development.
Having personally led global human resources organizations in the fields of Defense, Automotive, Hospitality and the Corporate settings, I bring a unique set of skills that will benefit any organization with their strategic development initiatives. In addition to the corporate world, I have developed undergraduate and graduate level courses for well know institutions such as Fairfield University, The George Washington University and The United States Navy.
